About Me

Ratan Das is a skilled and caring yoga teacher with over ten years of experience helping people improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His approach is warm, patient, and easy to follow, making yoga accessible to students at every stage of life. Trained in Sri Sri Yoga, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Ratan blends elements of Hatha and Raja Yoga to create a balanced, holistic practice. His classes focus on breath-work, meditation, and gentle postures that guide students toward calm, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves. As a Pre & Postnatal Yoga instructor, Ratan is dedicated to supporting expectant and new mothers through the journey of pregnancy and motherhood. His classes use gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts and aid recovery after childbirth. With a nurturing, supportive style, he creates a safe and welcoming space for mothers to bond with their babies and connect with a like-minded community. Ratan continues to grow as a teacher by attending workshops, training courses, and retreats led by respected yoga masters. This ongoing learning keeps his teaching fresh, effective, and rooted in proven practice. In every class, Ratan encourages students to listen to their bodies, honour their own needs, and practice self-compassion. Under his guidance, students experience not only greater physical strength and flexibility, but also a lasting sense of inner peace and balance
