Ratan Das is a highly skilled and compassionate Sri Sri Yoga and Pre & Postnatal Yoga instructor with a deep commitment to sharing the transformative power of yoga with individuals at various stages of their lives. With over a decade of experience in teaching yoga, Ratan has honed his unique approach to guiding students on their journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Ratan's expertise in Sri Sri Yoga, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, has allowed him to help students develop a holistic understanding of yoga, 

incorporating elements of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and other forms to create a balanced and harmonious practice. His classes emphasise the importance of breath-work, meditation, and gentle postures, guiding students towards inner peace and a deeper connection with themselves.

As a Pre & Postnatal Yoga instructor, Ratan is passionate about empowering expectant and new mothers to navigate the challenges and joys of pregnancy and motherhood. His classes focus on gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques that alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and support recovery after childbirth. With a nurturing and supportive teaching style, Ratan creates a safe and welcoming space for mothers to bond with their babies and connect with a like-minded community.
